Guest behaviour: Be respectful at all times to the host, the host's staff, and Shore 3 Admin, Reception, and Security staff. Please remember that you are a guest to the condo and not a unit owner. So please always show respect to our Condo Staff.

Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM onwards (Manila time). Check-out is 12:00 NN.

Early check-in or late check-out is available for a fee. Please check with the host for approval and fees.

03 Guests staying at the property List the full legal name (exactly as shown on the ID) and age of every guest, including children. Shore 3 checks IDs against this list at the lobby.
04 Emergency contact Provide someone we can contact if needed during your stay.
05 No pets, no smoking This Manila unit does not allow pets. Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the unit or on the balcony.
06 House Rules Please read all the house rules before signing. They are short - and strictly enforced.

1. GUEST BEHAVIOUR - READ THIS FIRST

- Be respectful at all times to the Host, the Host's staff, and all Shore 3 staff - Admin, Reception, and Security Officers. In person, on calls, and in messages.
- NOT allowed: shouting, insults, threats, harassment, or aggressive behaviour.
- Problem during your stay? Message the Host calmly and give us time to fix it.
- If you - or anyone in your group - break this rule: building security will escort you out, your booking is cancelled, and there is NO REFUND. No warnings needed.
- The person who booked is responsible for the behaviour of everyone in their group.

2. WHO CAN CHECK IN

- The person who booked must check in personally. Your ID must match the booking.
- No booking for other people unless the Host approved it in writing before arrival.

3. BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

- Complete this online check-in at least 1 day before arrival.
- Upload a valid ID for every guest. No check-in form + no ID = no entry.

4. TIMES

- Check-in: 2:00 PM. Check-out: 12:00 NN (Manila time).
- Early check-in / late check-out is available for a fee - check with the Host for approval and fees.

5. GUESTS & VISITORS

- Only registered guests may stay in the unit.
- Visitors: max 2, must be approved, registered at the lobby, and cannot stay overnight.

6. KEEP IT QUIET

- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. No parties, no events, no loud noise anytime.

7. NO SMOKING - NO PETS

- No smoking or vaping inside the unit or on the balcony. No pets allowed.

8. TAKE CARE OF THE UNIT

- Turn off the aircon and lights when you go out.
- You pay for any damage, loss, or extra cleaning during your stay.

9. POOL & BUILDING

- Pool voucher is bought at the Admin Office: PHP 150 per person/day (PHP 300 on holidays).
- Follow all Shore 3 building rules and staff instructions at all times.

Breaking any rule above - or any Shore 3 building rule - can end your stay immediately, without refund.
07 Upload IDs for every guest Upload a clear front photo of a valid government-issued ID for EVERY guest - not only the person booking. Shore 3 requires an ID for each guest. Use one upload slot per guest - up to 6 ID photos.
